The floor layout is shaped around an open office, flexible meeting rooms, and a social core. Transparent glass partitions along daylight axes enhance openness, while warm wood finishes welcome users into the space. A neutral color palette is balanced with subtle brand accents. Integrated acoustic solutions and clear wayfinding ensure a calm atmosphere, even in high-traffic areas.
Focus pods, quick meeting niches, and a multipurpose lounge enhance the employee experience. Flexible furniture allows rapid reconfiguration as teams grow. Integrated AV and reservation systems support efficient use of the space. The project was delivered turnkey, with coordinated site execution and cost control.
