The Unilever Office project was designed to support agile work while reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability. The plan layout encourages fluid movement, visual connectivity, and easy access to shared zones. Natural light and greenery are integrated throughout the interior to create a bright, uplifting atmosphere.
Material selection prioritized sustainable, long-life solutions with a warm and approachable character. Flexible meeting zones, breakout areas, and collaborative hubs enhance communication across teams. The result is a workspace that not only supports productivity but also embodies Unilever’s environmental and social values.
Our Approach
For the Unilever project, our approach centered on sustainability, employee well-being, and a human-focused spatial experience. We combined daylight, biophilic elements, and flexible planning strategies to create a space that encourages collaboration while maintaining comfort and efficiency.
