A calm and timeless living space surrounded by nature. Golluce House blends contemporary architecture with the serene atmosphere of Iznik.
Golluce House is designed as a private residential retreat where simplicity meets comfort. The linear plan layout creates a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, framing the landscape through large openings. Natural materials and neutral tones emphasize a warm, grounded character while maintaining modern precision.
Passive design strategies such as orientation, natural ventilation, and daylight control reduce energy use and enhance comfort. Every element—from the spatial proportions to material choices—was carefully curated to offer a slow, quiet living experience that connects the occupants to their surroundings.
Our Approach
For the İznik Göllüce House project, our approach centered on simplicity, natural integration, and a human-scaled design language. The architecture was shaped by the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural materials, passive design strategies, and balanced proportions allowed us to craft a quiet, enduring retreat that respects both its environment and its users.
