Test Kitchen
A functional and innovation-driven test kitchen designed to support Merko’s product development processes in a clean, controlled environment.

The layout is organized around efficient preparation zones, hygienic surfaces, and optimized circulation to support rapid testing cycles. Bright lighting, durable materials, and neutral tones ensure visual clarity and a professional atmosphere during product trials.

Specialized equipment areas, observation points, and flexible workstations enable seamless collaboration between culinary, R&D, and quality teams. Ventilation, storage, and utility systems were integrated to maintain safety, consistency, and ease of operation throughout the process.
