The architectural layout focuses on openness, natural light, and uninterrupted visual flow, allowing the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of the living experience. Large glazing panels, warm wood details, and soft neutral tones create a tranquil interior atmosphere that complements the villa’s coastal setting.
Thoughtfully crafted spatial transitions, from shaded outdoor terraces to airy communal areas, support both relaxation and social gatherings. Each material—stone, wood, and textured finishes—was selected to enhance durability while reinforcing the villa’s natural aesthetic harmony. The design balances privacy and openness, resulting in a calm, contemporary home that elevates everyday living.
